Children at High and Low Risk for Depression

SADS/KSADS Batteries

The primary clinical assessments have been made using the Schedule for Affective Disorders and Scizophrenia (SADS) for adults and the Kiddie-SADS (KSADS) for children. These instruments have a long history of development and have passed through a number of versions. Since the versions used changed across waves the format of the data varies by wave. The Forms listed below show which versions of the SADS and KSADS were administered at each wave. The Form codes are used to identify variables within each version of the instruments.
